Welcome to SmartFind Express (SFE), the ECISD automated employee absence and substitute management system. Employees are required to report absences into SFE on the day the absence occurs.

NEW SmartFind Express users must call the Automated Phone System to register and activate their account at (956) 287-3622.

After account set-up, users are able to access their SFE account via phone at (956) 287-3622 or online at www.edinburg.eschoolsolutions.com to report an absence.

As a new first time caller to activate your account, you will use your Employee ID # when the system requests an 'Access ID' followed by the * key & again your Employee ID # as the 'PIN'. Follow the prompts to personalize your SFE account.

All users must click inside the box that reads 'IM NOT A ROBOT' before you click submit online.
